Magi come from a long way because of a star. Herod is near by and becomes gripped with fear. The Magi have joy and worship. Herod flies off in rage and kills. The journey of Christmas is filled with opposites and heart warming and heart wrenching actions. Which will you and I be? As we look at the story from Matthew may we allow the joy of Christmas lead us to Jesus.
